In the early stages of learning the Mandala for Healing Process, participants are only allowed to use white pencil on black paper. The white represents God. The black paper is used because it best presents the contrast between color. The use of the white on black re-enforces the need for learning both discipline and techniques in this process.

Gathering the materials—pencils, black paper white gel pen, something with which to draw a circle.

Blessing the materials and yourself. Opening yourself to the God in your Heart.

Putting into words the INTENTION you want to pursue in the Mandala.

Reflecting within your heart with your God on what image might capture your reflection.

Using the Light, Energy, and Love of your God, together putting the image on the paper.

When you sense you are finished, gazing at the MANDALA and praying in gratitude for this experience.

Journaling what this experience has meant to you.

Sharing what you choose with the group, being open for any insights they may offer you.

Dissolution of the Mandalas (figuratively). Releasing of the LIGHT, ENERGY, AND Love so that God may take it wherever in the world where it is most needed.

Closing the session by bowing heads and saying NAMASTE to one another. ("Namaste" can be translated to mean "The God in me has recognized the God in you. Together we rejoicer)
